From August 17 through October 31, guests can meet a wicked array of Disney characters during the Oogie Boogie Bash, a special after-hours Halloween party at Disney California Adventure park. This event offers a chance to see villains like Maleficent, Syndrome from The Incredibles, and other rarely-seen favorites.

Guests will find Maleficent and Syndrome bringing chilling charm to this spooky celebration. The event features a thrilling treat trail where guests can meet characters such as Agatha Harkness from Avengers Campus, Dr. Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb, Hades from Hercules, Judge Doom from Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and Yokai from Big Hero 6.

The treat trail at Oogie Boogie Bash is a highlight where candy and Disney villains come together for a playful yet spooky experience. Iconic characters like Oogie Boogie from The Nightmare Before Christmas and Ernesto de la Cruz from Coco perform at specific locations, making these moments unique to this event.

Additional treat trail characters include Agatha Harkness from Avengers Campus, Dr. Doofenshmirtz from Phineas and Ferb, Hades from Hercules, Judge Doom from Who Framed Roger Rabbit, and Yokai from Big Hero 6.

Characters During the 'Frightfully Fun Parade'

The 'Frightfully Fun Parade' is a must-see feature of the Oogie Boogie Bash, where guests can spot Mickey and Minnie Mouse in Halloween costumes, Jack Skellington and Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas, Dr. Facilier from The Princess and the Frog, Ursula from The Little Mermaid, Mother Gothel from Tangled, Cruella de Vil from One Hundred and One Dalmatians, and Captain Hook from Peter Pan, among others.

A fan favorite moment is when characters from the Haunted Mansion appear, including swirling ballroom dancers, spooky gravediggers, and the trusty hitchhiking ghosts, adding a spooky and fun atmosphere to the parade.

Beyond the treat trails and parade, guests may find various characters dressed in festive fall attire across Disney California Adventure. These include Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabelle Cow as The Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus, the Queen of Hearts and Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland, Pain and Panic from Hercules, and Hans from Frozen.

The event also offers thrilling Halloween ride overlays and photo opportunities, including unlimited digital downloads of Disney PhotoPass photos during the party.

Tickets for each event date are limited, and costumes must follow Disney's event costume guidelines. Certain attractions and services may be modified or unavailable during the event.
