Napa Rose, the award-winning signature restaurant at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, returns with a reimagined dining experience building on 25 years of elegant wine country cuisine influenced by global flavors.

The restaurant reopens on February 6, 2026, with reservations available starting January 27, 2026, from 9 a.m. PST on Disneyland.com and NapaRose.com.

Napa Rose Dining Experiences and Atmosphere

Guests can find unique dining experiences ranging from casual visits to celebratory meals in a refined atmosphere.

A Warm Welcome Awaits at the Bar and Lounge

The bar and lounge offers crafted cocktails, small luxurious bites, cozy intimate seating, a stunning new bar, and a new fireplace. Outdoor patio dining is also available. Reservations are not required and walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

Main Dining Room and Outdoor Terrace

The main dining room introduces a seasonal prix fixe menu with optional wine pairings. A new enhanced children’s menu is offered. Guests can dine indoors surrounded by a 1,500-label wine collection or outdoors on an expanded terrace reminiscent of California wine country. Advance reservations are highly recommended and can be made up to 60 days in advance.

Chef’s Counter and Private Dining Room

The Chef’s Counter seats up to 18 guests for an interactive dining experience where chefs personalize courses based on seasonality. A newly renovated private dining room accommodates up to 16 guests for special occasions, with bookings done directly through the restaurant.

Napa Rose Menu Sneak Peek: Refined Classics Meet Culinary Innovation

Culinary director Andrew Sutton and Executive Chef Clint Chin develop menus highlighting seasonal produce, California wine country influences, and international flavors. Executive Pastry Chefs Jorge Sotelo and Nubia Renteria, with over 25 years of experience, create exquisite desserts.

The Napa Rose general manager and wine director ensure guests enjoy an exceptional epicurean adventure.

Bar and lounge selections include Beef Tartare with Osetra caviar, Bone Marrow Custard, and a reimagined Laughing Tiger salad.

Main dining room dishes include American Wagyu N.Y. beef with grape fennel mustardo, elegant oak-roasted forest mushrooms, and Sorpresine pasta with Dungeness crab and Santa Barbara uni butter.

Desserts feature the Nantes Carrot Cake Cremeux and an elevated Valrhona chocolate bar.
